Bookkeeping

Jazz's Office is NOT an accounting firm. I am the liaison between Small Businesses and their Accountant. I will gladly accept your shoebox of receipts and turn it in to something your accountant can use.

I am fluent in QuickBooks® Desktop and Online and a Certified Advanced ProAdvisor for QuickBooks® Online, and I am tech savvy enough to operate any accounting software you would like.  Some prices are based on the software used.

  • Phone consultations are FREE!

  • Bookkeeping Assessment - $175 to connect to your accounting file remotely and evaluate what you need. 

    • You will receive an NDA before we begin to give you peace of mind that your information is safe. 

    • After the assessment, you will receive a quote.

      • ​Cleaning up and entering back data (more than 60 days old). 

      • Monthly Charge for account upkeep as outlined below in “Bookkeeping Bundles”

        • Daily/Weekly – Manage Accounts.  Classify transactions

        • Monthly – Reconcile Accounts.  Provide monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow 

        • Quarterly – Maintain Accounts.  Provide quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow 

        • Yearly – Close Books.  Provide annual P&L, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow 

  • Accept and Setup - One-time setup fee of for new companies or non-QBO entities. 

    • This fee is waived if you assign my company as Accountant in your established QuickBooks ® Online file. You can remove this access at any time

    • We will sign an Engagement letter so you know exactly what my scope of services will be for your needs.

  • Rock and Roll!  I'll will get started as soon as you say "go!"

I also accept the overflow work accounting firms have during tax season to assist and will never directly market your clients.
