What gives me the experience, education, and knowledge to help you? I have spent more than half my life in the office of a local small business. 


I managed all office technology, organized functions, and oversaw daily operations. Answered incoming emails and phones. Scheduled customer appointments and mitigate/resolved customer complaints. Dispatched fleet to ensure accurate arrival time, proper technicians, supplies and equipment, re-route for emergencies. Maintained licensing, credentialing, certification, insurance, compliance. Trained, and on-board employees. Payroll submission of 40 employees to 3rd party processor, maintained employee records, including OSHA 300 and Worker’s Compensation claims. Negotiated contracts with vendors to reduce costs including uniforms, and rent. Maintained all vehicle records for fleet of 20. Ordered office supplies, customer gifts. Designed invoices, contracts, business cards, website, social media, marketing materials, day-to-day office paperwork. Planned and oversaw moving locations including new phone system. Upgraded IT from 2 computer system to full Network with server and 8 workstations. Oversaw 2 server replacements. Automated many systems and upgraded from paper to computer to increase efficiency. Planned and organized company functions. Kept books via QuickBooks Pro, Premier and then Enterprise with a perfect record of on-time payments. Accounts receivable, entered estimates, invoices, payment, mechanics liens and represented company in Small Claims, flawlessly.
